Karen Humble Cleaning Establishes Brand Identity

Karen S. Humble LLC, Commercial & Residential Cleaning recently established brand identity. Here's how we helped...

Challenge:
Our client came to CMS seeking branding for their family business, a commercial and residential cleaning company with a 20 year legacy. The client had never invested any marketing dollars to aid in building the business. Their method was to rely on word of mouth to market their services.

Solution:
The project's first step was to determine the client’s budget. Once determined, we combined the budget parameters with the brand objectives to develop design concepts that met the target audience utilizing a relevant, fresh, and clean palette of colors, appealing type font, and visual to “house” the newly established business identity. The result was a very simple spray bottle with text as the content of the spray. Blue and green was used to convey a fresh and clean feel.

Summary:
Establishing branding is much like a person placing their personal signature on a document; whereas, the logo is a product or service's identity that can be used on print collateral, a website, social media site, or a business card. Committing to present her business with an identifiable visual, which will be utilized in any future marketing vehicles consistently, will help deliver her message to her clientele by presenting her services in a polished manner. Any future marketing collateral used, be it business cards, traditional mailings, a website, or a social media presence will now have a universal logo consistent across all mediums.

The client now feels prepared when approaching prospective clients by having a brand identity established. They are thrilled with the final logo.
