Use Direct Mail Marketing to Capture Contact Information

ClaimLinx Member Postcard

I recently worked with one of my customers, ClaimLinx, to develop a creative direct mail postcard to entice respondents to provide us with their contact information.

Challenge: ClaimLinx provides health benefits consulting to its clients, and claims administration to its members. In order to keep members up to date on claims and other important information, we needed to develop a creative way to capture their contact information.

Solution: CMS designed and sent a time-sensitive postcard to the members with an offer to win a gift card for responding by the cut-off date. This created a sense of urgency to respond in order to win. Once the cut-off date passes, we will randomly choose and notify the winners.

Customer and prospect contact information is invaluable. In fact, I've heard an email address is worth $2,000! How do you capture your customers' and prospects' contact information?
