With a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University, I have over 30 years experience in marketing, sales and management in a wide variety of industries. I have lived in the Cincinnati area for over 25 years and support the community through networking and volunteer opportunities. 

As the editor of Greater Cincinnati Nonprofit News, I take great pride in serving the nonprofit community and understanding their unique marketing challenges.

I also love water and snow skiing, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I've truly enjoyed watching my daughters play college volleyball and soccer, and go on to become a teacher and an occupational therapist. My youngest son, a graduate of St. Xavier High School and Miami University landed his first job and is excited about his future. An avid New England Patriots fan, I also have two granddogs named Tedy and Brewski who have their own Instagram channel (#twocutedudes).

Deona spent a decade developing marketing materials before she transitioned to working for a multi-million-dollar company directing their design and communication strategies. Ashley has her Bachelors of Architecture from Miami University, Oxford. She also had the tremendous opportunity to be an apprentice in a CAD/CAD Jewelry Design department. During her education, she became fascinated with the far reaching applications of design, both within space and business. Since graduating, she has placed focus on designing social media strategies, branding packages and marketing strategies for small businesses. The realm of marketing is ever changing, and Ashley enjoys the challenge of staying on the cutting edge to more effectively and efficiently serve clients.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys building projects in the Woodshop, making crafts and spending time with her family.

With a bachelor of science degree in Marketing from Olivet Nazarene University, Courtney's concentration was Management with a minor in Business Administration. During her educational experience she had many opportunities to work alongside local companies and help them achieve marketing success. These experiences have helped establish her strong passion for small businesses and a desire to play a role in helping them develop as an established company.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys reading, boating with her family, and spending time with her dog, Oliver.

Brigid has extensive experience helping clients build brand identity and establish themselves as a category leader in their respective consumer market. Having worked at Libby Persyzk Kathman, a leading global brand identity firm in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, her primary responsibility was to collaborate with clients and lead design teams to develop memorable, relevant brand equity. Additionally, she managed projects, ensuring established brand equity guidelines were being implemented for a broad range of consumer goods products at many consumer touch points. Managing client expectations, staying abreast of consumer perception, forecasting trends, and monitoring budgets weekly, were critical aspects to ensure that cost efficiency and brand relevance were adhered to. Brigid also consulted with partnering vendors to collaborate in the execution of consistent equity, often times globally, through all marketing mediums, in addition to packaging and print promotional materials.

In her spare time, Brigid enjoys spending time with her two sons, traveling, playing tennis and golf, and volunteering in various community organizations.
